- সফটওয়্যার সাবসক্রিপশন এবং রেজিস্ট্রেশনের মাধ্যমে, আপনি এই টার্মস এবং কন্ডিশন মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
2. সফটওয়্যারের মালিকানা*
- সফটওয়্যারের সমস্ত অধিকার, শিরোনাম এবং মালিকানা প্রদানকারী Nur Lab IT Solution অধীনে থাকবে।
- ব্যবহারকারী শুধুমাত্র সফটওয়্যারটি ব্যবহারের জন্য একটি সীমিত, অ-বহনযোগ্য লাইসেন্স পাবেন।
3. *সাবসক্রিপশন এবং পেমেন্ট*
- সাবসক্রিপশন প্যাকেজ অনুযায়ী মাসিক/বাৎসরিক ফি প্রদান করতে হবে।
- পেমেন্ট করা না হলে সাবসক্রিপশন সাসপেন্ড বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে।

4. রেজিস্ট্রেশন প্রসেস
- সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারের জন্য রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাধ্যতামূলক।
- রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় নির্দিষ্ট তথ্য যেমন নাম, ইমেইল, ফোন নম্বর ইত্যাদি সঠিকভাবে প্রদান করতে হবে।
- ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করলে রেজিস্ট্রেশন বাতিল হতে পারে।
5. *ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব এবং আচরণবিধি*
- ব্যবহারকারী অবৈধ বা অনৈতিক কোনো কাজে সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।
- সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে প্রাপ্ত তথ্যের নিরাপত্তা এবং গোপনীয়তা রক্ষার জন্য ব্যবহারকারী দায়ী থাকবেন।
6. আপডেট এবং মেইনটেনেন্স*
- সফটওয়্যারের আপডেট এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ প্রদানকারী কোম্পানির দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে।
- সাবসক্রিপশন প্যাকেজ অনুযায়ী বিনামূল্যে বা ফি দিয়ে আপডেট এবং মেইনটেনেন্স সুবিধা পাওয়া যেতে পারে।
7. *ডাটা প্রাইভেসি এবং সিকিউরিটি*
- ব্যবহারকারীর তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা এবং সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করা হবে।
- ডাটা সংরক্ষণ এবং ব্যবহারের নীতি স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ থাকতে হবে।
8. *সীমাবদ্ধতা এবং দায়বদ্ধতা*
- সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারের কারণে কোনো প্রকার ক্ষতির জন্য কোম্পানি দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না।
- সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারের সময় প্রযুক্তিগত সীমাবদ্ধতা থাকতে পারে।
9. *বাতিলকরণ এবং সমাপ্তি*
- কোনো প্রকার নিয়ম লঙ্ঘনের জন্য কোম্পানি ব্যবহারকারীর সাবসক্রিপশন বাতিল করতে পারে।
- ব্যবহারকারী নিজেও নির্দিষ্ট নোটিশ পিরিয়ড মেনে সাবসক্রিপশন বাতিল করতে পারবেন।
10. *প্রকাশ্য পরিবর্তন*
- এই টার্মস এবং কন্ডিশনে পরিবর্তন আনা হতে পারে, এবং পরিবর্তন সম্পর্কে ব্যবহারকারীকে অবগত করা হবে।
11. *বিতর্ক সমাধান*
- কোনো বিরোধ হলে, তা আইনি প্রক্রিয়া অনুযায়ী সমাধান করা হবে।
